Return Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange your item please email me and we can make arrangements to do so. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item can not be washed or used.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at the time of purchase. ChuChee B is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address however I do my best to make up for any lost packages and always file with the post office and replace if able to or refund the item if needed.

Defective Items:

Our sleep t'zzz are custom made! We take pride in the way that our t'zzz look and feel and want you to be just as satisfied. I check each one individually when packaging prior to shipping ! If you receive one of our items that has a sewing imperfection that you are not satisfied with we will offer you an exchange or refund. The item must be unwashed and unworn. You must return this item to us within 15 days from the purchase date.
